Leadership in action

Leadership is trained through trust, accountability, communication, and consistent action. My role is not only to make athletes faster—it is to help them become confident, disciplined people who understand how to lead themselves and contribute to a stronger team culture.

Since 1997, I have coached athletes from youth through professional levels. My work with track athletes at Palatium Indoor Track & Field shows this philosophy in action: establish clear standards, teach athletes why the details matter, hold them accountable to consistent habits, and build an environment where improvement becomes part of the culture.

I teach athletes to lead with integrity and purpose, respond constructively to coaching, and understand that consistent choices shape both performance and reputation.
Athletes receive clear, usable feedback and learn how to ask questions, understand expectations, communicate with teammates, and take ownership of their development.
Standards become meaningful when they are practiced daily. Training connects attendance, effort, technique, recovery, and follow-through to measurable progress.
Experience spans track and field, football, basketball, soccer, youth development, adult fitness, schools, clubs, camps, collegiate athletes, and professional athletes.
